Arkansas licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate license for the upcoming calendar year.
Licensee must complete 1of the 2 MANDATORY 3HR topics for 2024, 3HR Elective and 1HR Safety.
BROKER EDUCATION COURSES
Broker Post-License Course

A new broker must complete the 30 classroom hour AREC post-licensure course within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. Newly licensed brokers requesting status as an Executive or Principal Broker must satisfy the post-licensure requirement before such status is granted.
